Adult Triathlon Distances
Enter as an Individual or Relay Team - minimum age 16
  • Olympic - swim 1.5km, bike 40 km and run 10km
  • Sprint - swim 750m, bike 24km and run 5km
  • Super Sprint - swim 200m, bike 8km and run 2.5km
Kid's Triathlon Distance
Enter as an Individual or Relay Team - minimum age 8
  • Swim 200m, bike 8km and run 2.5km
Entrants Receive
Drawstring bag, swim cap, race shirt, medal, energy gel & lunch ticket

Additional lunch tickets for family and friends can be purchased during online registration for $30

5:30am: Transition opens

6:50am: Race briefing
7:00am: Super Sprint triathlon starts - kids start first then adults
7:15am: Sprint and Olympic triathlon starts
11:00am: Lunch
12:00pm: Prize giving

Additional Info
No hydration station on the bike - bring fluids
Hydration stations on the run will serve water and an energy drink
Lost timing chips will be charged at $35
