Adult Sprint - swim 750 meters, bike 19 miles and run 3.1 miles
Adult Olympic - swim 1.5 km, bike 25 miles and run 6.2 miles - $10 000 Pro Purse!
ELEVEN kids triathlon distances:
- Ages: 6 to 8 - swim 50 meters, bike 2 miles and run 1 mile
- Ages: 9 to 11 - swim 100 meters, bike 3 miles and run 1 mile
- Ages: 12 to 14 - swim 150 meters, bike 6 miles bike and run 2 miles

Men (Olympic and Sprint) start - 7:10am.
Female (Olympic and Sprint) start - 7:13am.
May have waves depending on field size.

Northwestern Mutual Team Challenge - Sprint and Olympic Triathlons
Whats this? - create your team of 3 individuals and enter your team name in the Team Challenge entry window during online registration. We will add each team member's triathlon time and the team with the lowest cumulative time wins the awesome Team Challenge Trophy and a cool $250.

Race Day
Park opens - 5am.
There is a $3 park entry fee.
Transition opens - 5:15am
Packet pickup opens - 5:15am.
Transition closes - 6:45am
Pre triathlon announcements - 6:50am
Prize giving - 12pm or as soon as possible following the kid's triathlon

Triathlon Course
Maps - click here
Swim - non wetsuit!
Bike - single loop with no bottle exchange - bring fluids. Sag wagons will be on course.
Run - out and back with aid stations at the 1, 2.5, 3.5 and 4 mile markers.
Will serve water and energy drink
Medical Support - Greene County EMS will be on site close to transition.
Triathlon Timing Chips
You must wear the chips provided on race morning.
Dropping out - notify a triathlon official and return your chip to the triathlon timers.
Lost or non returned triathlon chips incurs a $35 charge.
Timing protests of penalties assessed for rules infractions by USAT officials must be filed with the USAT Head Official within 60 minutes after finishing.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately we don't offer triathlon refunds - no exceptions!
We however offer the following triathlon transfer options:
- 2012 Transfers - you may transfer your entry to a friend for a $30 admin fee
- 2013 Transfers - you may transfer your entry to 2013 for a $20 admin fee
A cool ELEVEN goody bag, swim cap, race shirt, finishers medal, energy gels and lunch ticket.
Lunch
You must wear your wrist bracelet to gain access to the food tent.
Additional lunch tickets for family and friends can be purchased during online registration for $15.

The Jamesson Inn is located close to the triathlon.
