We are pleased to introduce our first triathlon expo at ELEVEN Sun City. The expo will showcase some of the latest and greatest in triathlon apparel, gear and nutritional products. Read more. 

Triathlon Course
Swim - single 1.5km loop
Bike - 2 loops of 20km, non-drafting, TT bikes allowed
Run - 10km on the Gary Player Golf Course and Sun City complex

Race Categories
Individual
- Pro/Elite
- Age-groups: 18-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 
           50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
Relay teams
Team Challenge - A team must consist of 5 age-group athletes, each scoring points based on their individual placing. The team with the highest points tally wins. Enter your team name during registration.

All entrants receive a dri-fit race shirt, drawstring bag, medal and other cool swag! 

Prize Money
Awarded to top 5 male and female overall finishers
1st - R5000, 2nd - R2000, 3rd - R1500, 4th - R1000, 5th - R500

Relay Team Awards
Top 3 teams

Team Challenge Awards
Top 3 teams

Entry Fees
Early registration - TSA member $50.00, Non-member $55.00, Relay team $115.00
After October 1st - TSA member $55.00, Non member $60.00, Relay team $125.00
Non-TSA members must purchase a race license for R30 at packet pick-up.
Online entries close Nov 7 at 6pm.

Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable - no exceptions!

Packet Pick-Up
Sat Nov 12 from 2pm to 7pm

Race morning from 5:30am - 7:15am (Cabanas lawn)

Race Day Parking
All cars with a bike will be allowed entry through the main gate. Reserved parking is located in the main parking lot to the left of the main gate. A bag drop will be located in the parking lot from 5am. Athletes can drop their bags and then ride their bikes to the Cabanas Hotel and collect their bags. 

Valley Of The Waves
All athletes receive complimentary entry to the Valley of the Waves. Collect your enrty bracelet at packet pick-up.

Prize Giving
Will begin at 12pm
Cabanas Lawn
All winners must be present to collect their awards.

Timing Chips
Athletes must use chips provided by 11global
Any lost or unreturned chip will be charged at R150.00
